I have really enjoyed having access to faster internet speeds that past couple of years. Many things have happened which are making it easier and more fun to watch higher definition porn movies and other cool content online. I am concerned that certain things that have gotten in the way of competition like google fiber, and choices that are being made in certain political places may be rolling back some of the competition for broadband – both on a federal (USA) – and via individual states and municipalities within them.
Very strange to see agencies that are supposed to be of the people for the people that seem to be making decisions which restrict competition and would endanger the privacy of the people. Hopefully, these things are just debates and things will go more towards the good of the people and we won’t lose net neutrality and end up with slower interwebs along with less privacy.
